Edaphobase adopts Nemys as taxonomic backbone for nematodes

Edaphobase is a non-commercial data infrastructure developed and hosted by the Senckenberg Museum of Natural History Görlitz in Germany, combining data from heterogeneous sources on soil animals, their distribution and habitat parameters. These data are available to the public in open access.

How to get data

You may browse around the data without registration, however, to enjoy a full functionality of Edaphobase, we advise you to register and log in in our Query Portal.

Edaphobase accepts a wide variety of soil biodiversity data. It may be prepared yourself using the templates or simply use our Upload Wizard
